User Bio:
Alan Lockett writes music reviews and profiles relating to ambient/electronic music and otherwise. His background may be deeply uncompelling, but his current activities are totally Bleeding Edge. So much so he's not telling. You can, however, read his unwieldy blend of compound noun pile-ups, syntax errors masquerading as Proper Style, and Zeigeist channeling musico-cultural blah-stroke-commentary, with chunky embedded nuggets of description and appraisal in various web-places, notably on furthernoise, igloomag, and e/i websites. Alan has a proper job Doing Something In Language Education at the university (of Bristol in the Grey'n'Green UK); his Mum is pleased about that. Alan discovered ambient/electronica under the coffee table. He looked right into all of its buggy eyes, and there was no saving him from hypnagogia.
